Radio D-Star native (Icom, Kenwood, Flex)

Register and enable your callsign, enter the access repeater and select the reflector/module from the DR or Your Call menu. Link and unlink commands depend on the model.

Hotspot MMDVM · WPSD · Pi-Star

Configure the hotspot callsign, enable D-Star on the modem and select REF, XLX or DCS with its module. Then use the radio connected to the hotspot to link.

DMR, YSF/C4FM et cross-mode

Cross-mode works only when the hotspot and gateway support it and are configured correctly. For predictable results, use a D-Star radio on a D-Star node.

Procédure courante

Choose a reflector here and note its network and module, for example REF003 C or XLX068 B.REF003 C o XLX068 B.
Program the radio, repeater or hotspot according to its manual.
Transmit the link command for a few seconds, then use CQCQCQ for the call.CQCQCQ per la chiamata.
Check the reflector dashboard and follow your local band plan and repeater rules.
